NDIS Exercise Physiology Built on Real Experience — Clinical and Personal

Vezba was founded by Daniel Ruseski, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years of experience in community-based rehabilitation, injury recovery, and NDIS support.

What makes Daniel's approach different is lived experience. At 21, he sustained a T12 spinal fracture — giving him firsthand insight into the real challenges of recovery. That experience shaped everything: empathy, patience, and a focus on outcomes that actually translate into daily life.

Vezba was built to fill a gap Daniel kept seeing — programs that worked in clinics but failed in real life.

Every service is delivered in the places people actually live, move, and participate.

Daniel is a very experienced and knowledgeable exercise physiologist. After years of training, and then a long break, I needed new ideas and motivation. I highly recommend Daniel, whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete.

I’ve been working with Daniel and his team of SIRA-accredited Exercise Physiologists for a work-related injury, and the support has been outstanding. Their expert knowledge in exercise physiology, combined with a tailored approach to my complex injuries, has helped me rebuild strength, function, and confidence. I highly recommend Vezba to anyone needing professional, personalised rehabilitation — especially those going through the workers compensation system.

Daniel created a personalised program that’s helped me improve strength and mobility. Highly recommend Vezba to anyone looking for expert support in exercise physiology.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is an exercise physiologist the same as a physiotherapist?

Not quite — though we work closely together. Physiotherapists typically focus on acute injury and early rehabilitation. Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) specialise in long-term, evidence-based exercise prescription to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. Think of us as the ongoing partner in your NDIS exercise physiology journey.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Yes — Vezba is a registered NDIS provider. We work with both self-managed and plan-managed participants, and we handle all required reporting and service agreement documentation.

Do you offer home visits for NDIS exercise physiology?

Absolutely. We deliver sessions at your home, in your community, or at a suitable local gym — wherever you're most comfortable and where you'll get the most from your program.

Do I need a referral to access NDIS exercise physiology?

No referral is needed to get started. Simply call us or request a callback and we'll take it from there.

How do I get started with NDIS exercise physiology at Vezba?

Call us directly on (02) 8006 0067 — or if you'd prefer we call you, submit a callback request and we'll be in touch within 1 business day.
